Metin2 US - The Lion King Event

To give players their first chance to ride the white lion mount that has been added to Metin2 US, the Lion King Event is coming.

The White Lion functions similarly to the Persistent 1 hour mounts also recently to Metin2 US, whereby players can unmount and remount as desired. The item for the White Lion is named The Lion King Ticket. When in use, the rider gains 30% extra Experience points, and a speed boost of 20. The lion doesn't offer any attack or defense increase, but in return for these setbacks, the lion has no level limit. The ticket is also tradable, so it may be sold or passed between characters as they please.

In order to have a shot at receiving a ticket, players must locate [GM]s hiding in the first towns (Argos, Netha, Longdon) of each nation. When found, players must present the following combo of items in exchange for a ticket:

Horse Medal x2
Red Ginseng x2
Piece Of Pearl (U)
Piece Of Pearl (S)

The event will run on June 14th & 15th, and then again on June 24th & 25th. For specific times for each day and server, check the Event announcement thread.
