Gameforge is in the process of mass-mailing their players to let them know that the Gameforge portal (formerly MMOGame) now has the addition of customizable 3D Avatars, free for all users. The avatars are reminiscent of Nintendo Mii Avatars. You can see an attempt to recreate one of

Playing Gameforge games should result in extra items being unlocked, that can be used to customize further. For a new account, the only Gameforge specific item seems to be a shirt with the Gameforge logo. Anyone interested in creating one can do it here.
